Baroness Ritchie of Downpatrick is a Labour Peer in the House of Lords appointed in 2019. 

Prior to joining the Lords, she sat in the Commons as the MP for South Down, and was first elected in 2010.

Baroness Ritchie is a member of the House of Lords Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland Sub-Committee, Common Frameworks Scrutiny Committee and the Food, Poverty, Health and Environment Committee.
