Baroness Hayter is a Labour Peer in the House of Lords appointed in 2010.

Baroness Hayter has held many roles in the House of Lords including Deputy Leader of Labour in the Lords; Shadow Deputy Leader in the Lords; shadow spokesperson for Business, Innovation and Skills; Cabinet Office; Digital, Culture, Media and Sport; Exiting the European Union; Wales; Women and Equalities. 

Baroness Hayter is the Chair of the House of Lords International Agreements Committee.
